Wedding Hotel Hunt

We went to see a couple of hotels this weekend to figure out which ones we want to recommend for people to stay in.

The Lucerne looks very nice and is our favourite so far. Trivia corner- this place was initially constructed in 1903 as a dorm for Columbia University students. Erm..a con of this place is listed as "The visual style and bourgeois neighborhood may be too staid for some."

The Hotel Belleclaire is ok, nothing great. "For romantic travelers and especially budget conscious families" according to one review.

We have a couple of others to go to also

Amsterdamn Inn is looking for good for people on a budget. No lift (elevator) though so don't bring the kitchen sink.

Was this spelling of Amsterdam some sort of Freudian slip? There's no gateway to hell in the laundry room or anything, right?

Well It was really difficult to book a nice hotel on my wedding day, but luckily have got few rooms in Venues in San Francisco. Thanks to my friend who really helped me in doing all arrangements without charging. He works as a planner since last few years and did all arrangements free of cost.
